I began to practice mandala drawing and painting as a complementary meditation practice alongside my yoga practice 8 years ago. While I have always been artistic and love working with my hands, many of my earlier works were fiber-based or more abstract. Begining to work with mandalas and their construction has allowed me to develop a different approach to the technical mastery needed to produce images as harmonious as they were expressive. I am available to help you develop your own drawing meditation practice one on one or in small groups. We can work on construction techniques, painting techniques, meditation and visualization techniques, color theory or a mix of all of the above to help you unlock your creative gifts.
